2. Shenzhen has rolled out a 20 billion yuan social insurance premium reduction and exemption by phase which will benefit more than 700,000 enterprises. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau have jointly issued the Opinions of Implementing the Policy on Social Insurance Premium Reduction and Exemption for Enterprises by Phase . This time, the premium reduction and exemption, covering a wide range will greatly reduce the burden and benefit more than 700,000 enterprises in the city, with an estimated volume of 20 billion yuan. 3. Shenzhen has sped up the "swift approval in seconds" and registration for business entities can be processed at home. Shenzhen has provided contact-less services for enterprises and the public by leveraging effective channels such as online platforms, WeChat and the mail services, in order to enhance scientific epidemic prevention and control, promote orderly work and production resumption of enterprises and further improve the business environment. Registration for business entities can be fully processed with "zero meeting and zero running around". Promotion of "swift approval in seconds" registration to limited liability companies and individual household businesses has been accelerated all over the city, and the public’s experience of administrative services has been effectively improved. 4. From January to March, enterprises in Shenzhen are expected to enjoy tax cuts totaling 1.5 billion yuan. To prevent the spread of the epidemic as well as seeking development, 16 measures of Shenzhen to support enterprises have sent the strongest signal of supporting enterprises in the city, and the Shenzhen taxation authority has also provided a "policy benefit" for the enterprises’ resumption of work and production in the form of "deferred payment and tax relief". From January to March 2020, property taxes and urban land use taxes are exempted for enterprises in Shenzhen, with the volume expected to total 1.5 billion yuan, benefiting 45,300 taxpayer households. 5. Online fever consultation has been launched by 28 hospitals, serving a total of 160,000 persons during the epidemic. By means of “the Internet + healthcare”, Shenzhen has offered online medical consultation and triage to the citizens, opening up a "second battlefield" of the epidemic prevention to help the citizens address their health problems without leaving home. This helps ease the burden of on-site outpatient services and reduce the risk of cross-infection in hospitals, thus providing "Shenzhen experience" for the prevention and control of COVID-19.
