Shenzhen reported five new local confirmed cases of COVID-19 and nine new local asymptomatic infections yesterday.

Nine of the new cases were found among people under centralized quarantine, two among people under home health monitoring, one among key groups of people under closed-loop management, one among key groups of people under non-closed-loop management, and one during community screening. 

The city also reported seven imported confirmed cases and three imported asymptomatic cases. They were put under closed-loop management upon arrival in the city and were later transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. All of them are in stable condition.
