Shenzhen reported 33 new locally transmitted confirmed cases and 33 new locally transmitted asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 yesterday. Among them, 32 are arrivals from outside of Shenzhen or patients related to those inbound cases. 

Among the patients, 28 were found among people under centralized quarantine, two were found among people under home health monitoring, three were found among key groups of people under closed-loop management, five were found during screening in the city’s high-risk areas, five were found among close contacts of previous cases, 12 were found among key groups of people under non-closed-loop management, one was found when the patient sought medical consultations, and 10 were found during community screening. 

The city also reported nine imported confirmed cases and five imported asymptomatic cases. They were put under closed-loop management upon arrival in the city and were later transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. All of them are in stable condition.
