As the most eye-catching section on the Yantian District Banshan Park belt, the Wutong Mountain Forest Parlor is an alpine forest wetland covering an area of 11 hectares. Surrounded by mountains, lush greenery, rich ecology and fresh air, it is a “secret place” hidden deep between the mountain and the sea.

There is a diversified vegetation cluster and wet environment that provide a rich variety of foraging places, habitats and sanctuaries for birds, fish, amphibians and other animals. In addition, the wetland provides visitors with immersive forest experiences by having added viewing platforms, recreational trails, popular science corridors and other supporting facilities.

Visitors can either hike to the Wutong Mountain Forest Parlor, or choose to take the “Mountain and Sea Line” shuttle bus, and the route is about nine kilometers long with six stops along the way.
