Yantian International Container Terminals (YICT) has recently opened two combined port routes connecting the port with Xiaolan Port in Zhongshan and Gaoxin Port in Jiangmen. Freight shipments from Xiaolan and Gaoxin ports will no longer require secondary customs checks when exported through the Yantian port. The practice cuts the inventory cycle time from seven to two days, resulting in cost savings for enterprises.
