A total of 22 municipal- and district-level parks in Shenzhen have designated special areas for citizens and tourists to set up tents and enjoy camping, sznews.com reported Friday. Neihu Park in Yantian District is on the list.

Small- and medium-sized household tents can be assembled on the park’s lawn, covering an area less than 5 square meters and no more than 1.5 meters high. Stakes must not be used to pitch the tents.

Tents must not be completely closed and uncivilized behaviors such as smoking, cooking or making loud noises in the tent are banned.
