On May 28, Shenzhen reported no new local COVID-19 cases.

The city reported one imported confirmed cases, who was previously an asymptomatic case coming to Shenzhen from South Africa, and four imported asymptomatic cases, of whom two came from Indonesia and two came from China’s Hong Kong.

They were put under closed-loop management or quarantine upon arrival and were later transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. All of them are in stable condition.
