Yantian Administrative Service Hall has recently opened a special window for enterprises to go through the procedures needed for establishing businesses, which is set to further improve Yantian’s business environment, reported by sznews.com.

Under the new move, applicants are able to finish all the formalities for opening businesses within 24 hours simply by logging on to the “one-stop window” platform and filling in forms.

“It used to be very complex and we needed to go through a lot of procedures before we could finally open a business. We had to go to different agencies to get business licenses, invoices and official seals. But now with the ‘one-stop window’ service, opening businesses has become much easier and more efficient,” said Mr. Liang, one of the applicants.

According to the report, business licenses, official seals, invoices and tax control boards will all be issued by the Yantian District Administrative Service Hall.

Upon receiving the text messages for obtaining the certificates and seals, the legal representative or the person in charge of finance of enterprises shall submit their original ID cards and the seal retrieval code to the window.

In addition to on-site collection, applicants also have the option to collect it for free through the mail.
