Shenzhen reported 15 new local cases of COVID-19, including eight asymptomatic infections, yesterday.

Among the new infections, five were found among people under centralized quarantine, four among people under home health monitoring, one was a close contact of previously identified patients, one among people in medium-risk areas, three among key groups of people under non-closed-loop management, and one during community screening. 

The city also reported 11 imported confirmed cases and seven imported asymptomatic cases. 

The imported patients were put under closed-loop management upon arrival in the city and were later transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. All of them are in stable condition.
