⦁ A pass card is now required for entry to and exit from any residential community or urban village in Shenzhen.
To curb the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia, Shenzhen Headquarters for Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia recently issued Guideline on A Pass Card Management System for All Residential Communities and Urban Villages. According to the Guideline, a pass card management system, which requires all residents of a residential community or urban village to show a system certified QR code or a pass card for permission of entry to and exit from the property, will be carried out in all residential communities and urban villages across the city. ⦁ Shenzhen’s medical insurance system released “5 all” policies to cover all fees incurred by the treatment of NCP to contribute to the battle against the epidemic.
Shenzhen Healthcare Security Bureau recently issued Guideline for Medical Institutions Providing Treatment to Patients of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. According to the Guideline, all designated medical institutions in the city will implement “5 all” policies which aim to ease the financial burden of confirmed or suspected patients of NCP with healthcare insurance and ensure that medical institutions have enough funding to focus on providing treatment. The “5 all” policies are: all medication and diagnosis fees, all treatment fees and all fees incurred in the process of treatment in all medical institutions will be covered by the municipal healthcare funding, and all these fees will be paid to medical institutions on a project basis via a special settlement channel. 【Source: Shenzhen Healthcare Security Bureau】
⦁ Shenzhen has adopted all-round measures to guarantee the supply of daily goods and medical materials.
The CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Shenzhen Municipal Government have attached great importance to the contradiction between supply and demand of daily goods and medical materials caused by the NCP epidemic and have taken a series of measures to guarantee the supply of these goods and materials. Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and Shenzhen Commerce Bureau have taken the lead in searching of stable supply of products and ensuring product quality. Subsidies are provided to mobilize merchants. Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has issued guidelines for Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group and SZCH on encouraging merchants to resume operation. Medical enterprises in the city are accelerating the resumption of operation to expand production to support people working in the frontline of combating the epidemic. ⦁ SIHC will exempt 500 million yuan of office rents for 5,700 renters to support private enterprises to overcome difficulties brought by the epidemic.
To minimize the negative effects brought by NCP to business entities especially real-economy enterprises, and to showcase the sense of responsibility of State-owned enterprises, SIHC, a municipal State-owned enterprise, will reduce a total of around 500 million yuan of office rents for renters of offices in science parks, industrial parks and other properties it owns. ⦁ A new platform has been launched for queries on operation status of bus lines, and all-round disinfection is provided for all buses.
To curb the transmission of novel coronavirus via buses and ensure the health of passengers and drivers, Shenzhen Bus Group has temporarily adjusted the operation status of some bus lines in accordance with traffic flow. Starting from Feb. 10, a total number of 265 bus lines will be suspended, another 36 will only operate during peak hours, while the rest 632 will operate as normal. Citizens may check the operation status of a given bus line on a newly launched query platform.
