Officially called Biosphere 3, Dameisha Vanke Center Carbon-Neutral Park, it stands as a tangible example of innovative energy-saving technologies and eco-friendly management strategies that can be implemented elsewhere.

Previously known as Dameisha Vanke Center, Biosphere 3 stands where the former headquarters of Vanke Group was located.

The center, with a total construction area of 122,060 square meters, was designed by world-renowned architect Steven Holl and completed in September 2009. It started to undergo renovation in 2022, and the first phase of the renovation project opened in the same year. It became the first LEED NC Platinum level commercial office building in China.

Biosphere 3 has also obtained LEED OM Platinum Certification and LEED Net Zero Waste Certification. It has also been selected as a case of exemplary sustainable development on multiple occasions.

Getting there: Take Metro Line 8 to Dameisha Station (Exit C), then walk approximately 1 kilometer.
