A tour to the Eastern General Aviation (东部通航) base in Yantian is essentially a low-altitude helicopter experience that combines sightseeing with aviation-themed activities. The base is located near Dameisha and offers everything from short scenic flights over the coastline to educational programs for children.

The Eastern General Aviation Yantian flight base is situated north of the Dameisha Tunnel on Yansan Road, nestled in the mountains but close to the coast. This location gives it immediate access to the region's most famous sights: Yantian Port, the Dameisha and Xiaomeisha coastlines, and the hills of OCT East.

Several flight routes are available, with the most popular being the "Perfect Coast" (臻美海岸) and "Mountain and Sea View" (山海盐田) tours.

The first route typically departs from the base, passes over the seafood street, Yantian Port, and the Dameisha coast before returning. It requires a minimum of three passengers to share the flight.

The second is a longer journey that includes the sights above plus views of OCT East and the Interlaken area. This route requires a minimum of two passengers to depart.
