The DBH Life Sciences and Health Industrial Park is the largest and most specialized life sciences industrial park in Shenzhen, located in the Shatoujiao area. The park opened in September 2017 and was jointly developed by Yantian's government, Shenzhen Capital Group, and the DBH Group.

The park covers a total construction area of approximately 300,000 square meters, with about 230,000 square meters already in operation. Phase I provides over 60,000 square meters including office buildings, research facilities meeting GMP laboratory standards, and dormitories. Phase II offers an additional 70,000 square meters of office and laboratory space across three independent buildings.

DBH is designated as a specialized park for Shenzhen's cell and gene industry chain, focusing on molecular diagnostics, gene testing, and related fields. The park has attracted over 120 enterprises, with national high-tech enterprises accounting for one-fourth of Yantian's total. Seven enterprises in the park have achieved annual revenues exceeding 100 million yuan. Notable tenants include YuceBio Technology, a pioneer in precision medicine and tumor immunodiagnostics, and GeneWell Biotechnology, which specializes in molecular diagnostic reference standards.

The park offers comprehensive support through a 2-billion-yuan entrepreneurship development fund, with an initial phase of 200 million yuan, targeting promising enterprises and projects within the park. Yantian District has also implemented special supportive policies providing entry incentives, rent discounts, and talent housing support. The park has been recognized as an excellent demonstration base for small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship and innovation in Shenzhen for two consecutive years.

In September 2024, the "Yantian Beauty Valley" was inaugurated at the DBH park, establishing it as the core launch zone for a cosmetics industry park focused on anti-aging technology research, beauty and health product manufacturing, and medical health services. The Shenzhen Cosmetics Industry Association also established its presence at the park.
