The press conference for the 2025 Yantian Sailing Open was recently held at the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort. As a flagship event in the 2025 Shenzhen Sailing Series, the competition is scheduled to take place from September 10 to 14 off the coast of Dameisha, Yantian District.

This multidimensional event integrates competitive sports, marine culture, and public fitness, aiming to become a new driver of the marine economy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

By adopting an innovative "race + culture & tourism + technology" model, it promises to deliver a distinctive mountain-and-sea sports carnival that showcases Shenzhen’s unique character to sailing enthusiasts worldwide.

As the first certified domestic points race of the 2025 ASEAN Cup Sailing Series, the Shenzhen Yantian Sailing Open will welcome over 200 competitors from across the globe.

Capitalizing on Yantian’s exceptional blend of mountain, sea, city, and port resources, the event goes beyond traditional formats by introducing the themed carnival "Sailing Yantian for All."

The festival will offer an immersive experience with daytime race watching and vibrant nighttime entertainment, including a beach music festival, international food fair, forum on the low-altitude economy, and drone formation displays.
