Zhongfei Intelligent Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a Yantian-based drone manufacturer, showcased the real-life applications of its low-altitude drones at the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) that concluded on May 25 in Bao’an.

The company specializes in drone manufacturing, sales, and information system integration, while also exploring applications beyond photography and videography. Its high-performance drones are deployed for long-duration utility inspections, firefighting, emergency response, and rescue missions.

In March, the company demonstrated its firefighting drones — which work alongside fire ambulances—at a district-level conference on low-altitude economy development.

Yantian District has been steadily enhancing its low-altitude infrastructure. To date, 114 companies in the sector are based in Yantian, covering the entire supply chain from R&D and manufacturing to testing, pilot training, and infrastructure development. The district currently has 107 designated drone takeoff and landing sites.
