About Meisha International Block The Meisha International Block extends from the Tianqin Bay villa area in the east to the junction of Yanmei Road and Huanmei Road in the west, and from the sea in the south to the OCT East area in the north, covering Dameisha, Binhai and East Coast communities, with a total area of 21.83 square kilometers and a resident population of 23,000 (including 129 expats).
