Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Yantian District will fully implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, deeply implement the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen, resolutely implement the Party's basic theory, basic line and basic strategy, and enhance the "four consciousnesses," "four self-confidence" and "two maintenance." 

Yantian District will adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party, under the strong leadership of the CPC municipal committee, municipal government, and the district Party committee, by seriously implementing the decisions and deployment made at the fifth session of the 13th plenary session of the CPC district committee and the fifth session of the fifth Party congress.

Yantian District will seize the major historical opportunities presented by the "dual-district drive" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Zone to ensure the completion of a well-off society with high quality and the successful conclusion of the 13th Five-Year Plan, to speed up the building of a modernized and internationalized society that is livable, workable and enjoyable, lay a solid foundation for an innovative coastal district and celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone with excellent results.
