The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Talent Innovation Park’s Elevator Talent Park officially opened on October 22, marking a major step toward building specialized industry talent platforms across the region.

The new facility is designed to support high-quality economic growth and foster collaborative innovation in the Greater Bay Area.

Led by Shenzhen Talent Industrial Park Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Huanxin Elevator Service Center, the project is developed in partnership with global elevator leaders such as Otis, Mitsubishi, and Schindler.

The park aims to serve as a high-level hub for cultivating senior elevator industry talent, advancing technical innovation and promoting whole-chain industry collaboration to accelerate the upgrading of advanced manufacturing in the region.

Building on Yantian District’s existing elevator-themed street, the park will evolve into a comprehensive service ecosystem for the elevator sector.

Through a structured training program, it aims to train more than 1,000 skilled elevator professionals to address the industry’s talent shortfall, while focusing research efforts on core technological breakthroughs to drive continuous product and process upgrades.

Organizers say the Elevator Talent Park will set a new benchmark for specialized talent platforms in the Greater Bay Area, providing sustained intellectual and technical momentum for regional industrial development.
