Yantian Talent Park was officially opened and the inaugural “Yantian Talent Month” was launched at Enshang Wetland Park on Nov. 5, as the district steps up efforts to implement a talent-driven development strategy and build a “talent-friendly” urban area.

Local officials described the new park as a key element of Yantian’s plan to attract and retain high-caliber professionals. The facility, they said, will combine the district’s ecological advantages with upgraded services to create a “spiritual high ground” where the city and talent can thrive together.

Zeng Hongying, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yantian District Committee, said talent has always been regarded as the district’s most valuable resource and that Yantian has successfully attracted a group of high-level teams in recent years.

“We will continue to build an attractive talent ecosystem through industrial renewal, a mountain-and-sea living environment, and warm, attentive services to draw both local and distant talent,” Zeng, who is also head of the Organization Department of the CPC Yantian District Committee, said.
