It has shown steady improvement across key performance indicators, with a growing number of Grade IV surgeries — the most complex level in China's surgical classification — alongside increased volumes of minimally invasive procedures and treatments for complex cases.

The hospital has also been included in the "Hong Kong and Macao Medicines and Devices Connect" pilot program within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This allows patients to access advanced pharmaceuticals and medical devices already approved in Hong Kong and Macao without having to travel across the border.

The hospital has built a smart online healthcare system that enables seamless sharing of patient records across all departments, helping doctors reach quicker, more accurate diagnoses. Multiple AI-powered applications have been introduced to assist with the analysis of cardiovascular and brain imaging, as well as other test results, streamlining workflows and boosting diagnostic precision.

Its in-house smart care system allows patients to book appointments online, view test results, and settle medical insurance payments in one integrated process. An English-language version of the platform also ensures that expatriates can enjoy convenient, professional access to care.
