The 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), held from May 21 to 25, 2026, served as a dynamic platform for Shenzhen's Yantian District to showcase its unique blend of cultural heritage and technological innovation. Represented by a pavilion featuring 17 companies, Yantian attracted significant attention by highlighting key sectors such as gold and jewelry, life sciences, digital creativity, the low-altitude economy, and intangible cultural heritage.

Prominent among the exhibitors was Batar Group, a Yantian-based gold and jewelry company that unveiled a classical bridal headpiece named "Phoenix Perched Among Peony Blossoms." This presentation highlights the district’s broader transformation of its gold and jewelry industry, which saw its annual output value exceed 100 billion yuan in 2025, as it moves from a processing hub to a high-end fashion center through digital and AI integration.

The fair also spotlighted Yantian's advances in the low-altitude economy, led by Zhongfei Intelligent Manufacturing. The company showcased drones designed for practical, real-world applications such as utility inspections, firefighting, and emergency rescue missions, moving beyond standard uses like photography.

Additionally, Wuji Culture and Arts Development Co. demonstrated the district's fusion of art and technology. At its booth, it displayed art merchandise from popular young artist Zhao Qili, alongside AI-generated digital animations, illustrating a modern approach to cultural creativity. Together, the exhibits presented Yantian as a forward-looking district where culture, technology, and industry converge.
