When people think of Yantian, landmarks like Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, the Lighthouse Library, and Zhongying Street often come to mind. But beyond these popular spots, the district hides plenty of scenic gems along a 19.5-kilometer coastal road that also features a cycling trail. Nestled between the lush Wutong Mountain range and the open waters of Dapeng Bay, the route offers ever-changing views of majestic container ships, rocky shorelines, sea-crossing boardwalks, and hillside meadows.
To make these vistas more accessible, Yantian has launched three sightseeing bus routes along the road — each offering visitors a different experience: a seaside journey, a ride through mountain forests, or a trip to panoramic hilltop views.
Cyclist-Friendly Bus No. 2

Designed with cycling enthusiasts in mind, this route’s buses come equipped with bike racks, making it easy to transport bicycles to the start of the cycling greenway. Cyclists and non-cyclists pay the same fare. The journey passes through the Dameisha coastal greenway, Beizaijiao, and Rose Coast, with sweeping sea views, rocky shores, and lush greenery unfolding at every turn.
